Notification of InPhase Changes – Emergency and Urgent Care (EUC) only

Following a full prompt review (with operational colleagues input), the CQS and Compliance & Standards team will be working together to make the following changes on Trust InPhase System between Thursday the 27th July and Friday 4th August 2023.

  • Removal of some prompts. This means that any historic data associated with these prompts will be deleted.
  • As a result of prompt removal, you will note that some prompts no longer run in sequential order (such as ‘S4’, medicines management).
  • Re-wording of some prompts. – Previous/historic updates (prompt comments, gaps & evidence links) will be associated with the re-worded prompt.
  • Please note, these changes will only affect InPhase updates at Level 3 (all AGM operational areas)

During this time, the system can still be used as required.
