Notification of InPhase downtime – Thursday 19th October 2023

The InPhase system will be off-line on the evening of Thursday 19^th October during the period from 10:00pm to 6am.

The update will take 1 hour.

This is to enable maintenance service patch 304 update to be installed containing important corrective updates and minor new and improved features.

The release notes for this update are attached, with breaking changes. Please see page 28

Please read the release notes carefully and make alternative arrangements for data capture and subsequent input that you should use during the downtime and those who are affected by the breaking changes , please take the necessary steps as required.

We hope this scheduled maintenance down-time will not cause too much inconvenience and are confident that the updates will improve users’ experience.
