Positive media coverage on the rise

Across the region, the media are now reporting more positive news stories about the Trust, when compared to last year.

The graph below shows the comparison from April 2013 to April this year:

Communications Director Chris Hartley said: “We are really pushing more positive stories about the Trust to the media on a regular basis. Stories of successful patient survey results, resilience training, unusual incidents and patient meet-ups are being covered by newspapers, radio and television.

“I would like to thank all staff who take the time to contact us to tell us about their work – as you can see it is really making a difference.”
