Process update - Temporary Injury Allowance and Work-related sickness

A new HR Template has been added to EAST 24 for Temporary Injury Allowance and Work-related sickness, please use this template for any future work-related sickness claims.

All Work-related sickness HR2’s must now be approved by the Head of HR / Head of Employee Relations as well as your Head of Operations prior to being sent to hrpayrollforms@eastamb.nhs.uk for processing. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your HR People Partner or hrpayrollforms@eastamb.nhs.uk.

The HR2 for Average Section 2 Enhancements has also been updated and the latest version is available on EAST 24.
