QI team and Integrated Care 24 training collaboration

EEAST want to offer the opportunity to staff members in Mid-South Essex or Norfolk & Waveney to take part in a quality improvement training collaboration.

The EEAST QI team and Integrated Care 24 (IC24 - our out-of-hours care partner in these areas) will provide joint training to staff to upskill 12 candidates to deliver operational improvements that benefit both organisations and support innovative ideas in your locality. 

Clinical grade is not a barrier to your application and no previous QI experience or training is required, there will be four face-to-face training days and the chance to share and test your project in practice.

You will need to speak to your line manager and have their support for your application, and be available for the workshops:

• Thursday 30^th March
• Thursday 27^th April
• Wednesday 31^st May
• Thursday 27^th July Presentations/Graduation Day

We are looking for those who have passion for change and improvement and can describe how their idea may benefit from this important and exciting collaboration.
