The Rapid Relief Team have donated goodie bags to crews as a thank you for all their hard work.

The Rapid Relief Team is a Christian charity who provide assistance to the Emergency Services Nationwide at protracted or Major Incidents.

RRT (Vern) got in touch recently through the Suffolk Resilience Forum as the charity wanted to offer EEAST staff some goodie packs as a thank you for all of the hard work our crews undertake. RRT has provided a number of ration and caring packs.

The ration pack includes a variety of snacks, drinks and face wipes, while the care pack includes wash set, tooth brush and everything needed to freshen up.

The packs will be distributed between Bury, Ipswich and Colchester with some kept on LOM vehicles, and will be distributed to staff at Major Incidents or protracted events, such as where crews are held excessive times at hospitals.
