Recruitment: Change to redeployment pool time frames

An update from the recruitment team around a change to the redeployment pool time frames.

Vacancies approved before 24^th July that require the redeployment pool will be ring fenced to redeployees for 10 calendar days.

Vacancies approved on or after the 24^th July will be ring fenced to redeployees for four calendar days.
