Remote Right to Work checks update

The temporary measures to allow employers to conduct right to work checks remotely, introduced on 30 March 2020 during the early phases of the COVID-19 pandemic, have now ended as of 30th September 2022.

We now need to complete Online Home Office Checks or In Person Checks of Right to Work Documents again during the pre-employment checks or interviews for all applicants onboarding.

Where possible please verify this via an Online Home Office or Manual Check during the Interview stage. Please be aware that if not completed during interview process this must be completed during Pre-Employment Checks.
