Removal of N:\ Drive Backups reminder

As part of the process for migrating away from the on premises N:\ drive servers to OneDrive, the Digital Team took a backup of all users N:\ drives before the servers were turned off and decommissioned.

This data has been kept for the past 18 months to ensure that no data was lost between the migration.

From the 15^th of May 2023, these backups will be permanently deleted, and will not be recoverable. This is to recover space within our backup environment to enable us to back up additional servers.

Please can you ensure that any critical/important data you require for your role is either stored within your OneDrive, or on the S:\ drive.
