Risk management software update next week

Please note that Insight, our risk management software (often referred to as 4Risk), will be updated from 09:00 on Wednesday 22^nd June.

We will be re-aligning the risk areas to reflect the directorate structure and that all owners and leads have access to the correct areas.

The work is expected to take until Friday 24^th, and the system will remain ‘online’ during the work, however risk owners will identify that their risks will have moved to the new directorate areas.

If managers have any urgent issues relating to the software, please contact Matt Barrett, our Risk and Governance Manager, via email (Matthew.Barrett@eastamb.nhs.uk) who will be available to answer queries during this time.

We will update on Need to Know when the Insight work is complete.
