Have your say on the next generation of RRVs

Rapid Response Vehicle

EEAST's current Rapid Response Vehicle (RRV), the Skoda Scout, is no longer available to us and the Trust is seeking feedback from staff on the current generation of RRVs for when it replaces them in the near future.

We are keen to record staff feedback on what has worked well, what hasn't and what priorities staff believe should be incorporated into the next generation vehicle.

In addition to looking at the type and function of the vehicle, the review will also take into account the evolving requirements for carbon neutrality as we have a NHS-wide mandate to have 80% of our fleet carbon neutral by 2030.

Results will be shared with senior operational colleagues, UNISON partners and published on Need to Know for all staff to consider. We will use the information obtained to inform the high-level functional specification requirements for any future vehicle from which any options will again be put to staff groups to consider.

The survey is open to all operational staff that have worked on rapid response vehicles either as a permanent line or on an ad-hoc basis.

Please access it using this link.

Can we please have your response by COB Friday June 6th.

Thank you for your time and insight into how the vehicles are perceived and used.
