Run DMC Raffle May Winner and June Draw

It is payday week and that means it is time to Run DMC (device monthly check) and review the version of iOS and Siren Nova on your iPad.   

Last month we upped the stakes with a randomly drawn raffle prize of an Elemis Aching Muscle Super Soak. The lucky winner was James Palmer, based in Basildon (pictured below right with Dan Phillips and Michele Kelly from the ePCR team).

This month the Run DMC raffle prize is a set of two artisan ceramics bowls from local artist Frankie’s Ceramics valued at £66.

Each device that has an up-to-date version of iOS and Siren will automatically be entered into the draw. 

The winner will be randomly chosen the first week of June and announced in our June payday week Run DMC reminder on NTK.  

Do not forget to take the following actions this week to ensure optimal performance of the iPad and work/personal apps: 

• Go to the Hub app > tap Support > tap Sync Device 
• Find out the latest version of iOS allowed by IT admin (currently 15.4.1) on the Trust Service Desk home page in ‘ePCR iPad Fault’ tile. Click HERE 
• Check iPad software settings to see what iOS is installed on device. Learn how HERE

Once you’ve completed the DMC, take any required actions: 

• Update iOS version using Wi-Fi. Learn how HERE 
• Set up auto updates of Siren. Learn how HERE
