Sad passing of Chris Bretton

With permission from his family, it’s with great sadness we need to let you know of the passing of North Essex Senior Emergency Medical Technician, and GMB Branch Secretary, Chris Bretton.

Chris was extremely well liked and respected and will be missed by us all. This is devastating news, and I know this will have a huge impact on his family, his colleagues, and all those who were fond of him. My sincere condolences are with them all.

The leadership team from Suffolk and North Essex have been with Chris’ family and continue to support them, and have also spoken to many of those in our organisation who were close to Chris. They will continue to be on hand to support all colleagues if it will help.
