This year’s NHS Staff Survey goes live on Monday 2 October and the great news is the Costa vouchers are making a comeback for everyone who submits a response.

The survey will be directly emailed to staff across the trust, including those employed through the staff bank, on Monday morning. It is distributed via Picker, an independent company, and the email you receive will contain your own unique link to complete the survey.

Your responses help to create a picture of what it’s like to work at EEAST, and how we compare to other trusts around the country. Without this view it’s incredibly difficult to monitor our progress as an employer, or spot those areas where we could, and should, be doing more for staff.  

The survey should take around 20 minutes to complete, and once you submit your response Picker will then email you the £5 Costa Coffee voucher within seven days. The vouchers are kindly funded by our very own East of England Ambulance Service Charity.

The whole process is managed by Picker so, as a Trust, we do not have any involvement in the distribution of the vouchers or any access to individual responses. The survey is entirely confidential, the information gathered is reported at a local level, but no individual can be identified from their responses.
