Should I Stay or Should I Go: Research on NHS Staff Retention

You can still take part in the NHS Staff retention survey before it closes at the end of this month.

The University of Bath invites all staff to share their views. Understanding reasons why staff leave NHS employment and what would motivate / enable them to stay is a key issue for NHS employees and NHS employers.
