Meet Nicky, one of our equality, diversity and inclusion advisors here at EEAST.

We sat down with Nicky to chat about her experiences with using hearing aids, and how it affects her in the workplace. She also discussed her work with the Disability Support Network, and how they've been working to support staff who are applying for reasonable adjustments.
