Siren ePCR Mandatory update

Following feedback from the coroner an additional mandatory will be present within Siren where a digital Role form is used.

The mandatory will ensure that the ‘Done by’ section is completed on the ROLE Completed by signature.

The update will come down as a Configuration update on the 25^th July, users will not have to do anything to take this update.

All users should be running Siren 5.8.0 with the new digital ROLE form enabled, if you are having trouble updating please contact the IT service desk for assistance.

All user should also be running the latest available version of iOS which is 16.4.1

Remember when completing a digital ROLE;

• The user completing the ROLE section and signing the ROLE completed by should be the same.
• Where a paper ROLE form is also completed for Faith Death reasons the person Signing the digital and paper form must be the same.
