The Keeping Well BLMK service and Sleep Well Oxford are delivering a 60 minute webinar on how to get the most from night-time rest.

The webinar, which takes place on Monday 20th February 12pm to 1pm, will look at:

  • How sleep works
  • Why it’s important
  • Key daytime and night-time behaviours and tools

You’ll learn helpful thinking styles with guidance and support from Dr Dimitri Gavriloff, Clinical Sleep Expert.
