Survey on attending mental health incidents

From 1^st November, EEAST’s mental health team have been participating in a 12-month pilot scheme in collaboration with five of our partner Integrated Care Systems (ICS) with the aim of improving our mental health response to presenting in mental health crisis.

The mental health team want input from operational staff into a survey on how you feel about mental health incidents. This will provide baseline information and we will run the same survey in 12 months’ time to help our evaluation of the pilot.
