Urgent and Emergency Care – Clinical Strategy: We need your feedback!

EEAST has developed a clinical strategy in partnership with our patients, employees and partners. The strategy is underpinned by a robust evidence base which includes our performance and our population needs – and we would now like to ask for your views.

The Clinical Strategy was developed in July following a Design Survey, with nearly 400 employees giving us their view to help us design the Clinical Model below and defining how to work more closely in partnership with 111 and local providers to support our patients.

In September we held a Partnership Event to invite our partners to co-develop core elements of the clinical model and give us their views on making the above a reality. We also sent out a Partnership Survey (the second survey for EEAST) including questions about the Clinical Strategy

Now – we want to  know what you think.
This is our vision and we know some aspects are already happening, for example, the Advanced Practitioner project and Access to the Stack.

Please click on this link Clinical Strategy Employee Engagement Survey to access the survey, watch a short video and provide your feedback by answering some quick questions. The survey will close on Friday 28th October so please do respond before then.

Thank you
