The April Pulse survey closes soon

Pulse Survey. A quick, 5 minute check to listen to your views.

Don’t forget to share your views and help improve your Trust. This is the last week to complete the April National Quarterly Pulse Survey. Each survey gives us a clearer picture of how you view working at EEAST and the progress we are making. The survey will run until 1st May. We’re asking everyone to take a few minutes to share their views.

Click here to tell us how you feel

The survey is open to all staff and volunteers to give everyone an opportunity to make their voice heard.

The survey takes just five minutes to complete and allows you to tell us more about your experiences at work, including how motivated you feel and what other support would make the biggest difference to your experience at work. Everyone is encouraged to take part, but the survey is not mandatory.

The survey is completely anonymous; nobody can be identified from their responses or the way they submit the survey. The National Quarterly Pulse Survey does not ask for any personal information although we do ask for some demographic information, for example ethnic origin, age or job type. We do this to explore the results for different populations within the NHS.

Thank you to all who have taken part in the survey.

If you have any questions, please email internalcommunications@eastamb.nhs.uk.
