The April Pulse survey is now live

Image of clock and text The National Quarterly Pulse Survey. A quick 5 minute check in to listen to your views.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the January Pulse survey, you can view the infographic with the results here. Each survey gives us a clearer picture of how you view working at EEAST and the progress we are making. The next National Quarterly Pulse survey is now live from today (3rd April) and will run until 1st May and we’re asking everyone to take a few minutes to share their views.

The survey is open to all staff and volunteers to give everyone an opportunity to make their voice heard.

The survey takes just five minutes to complete and allows you to tell us more about your experiences at work, including how motivated you feel and what other support would make the biggest difference to your experience at work.

I don’t want to be identified by my answers
The survey is completely anonymous; nobody can be identified from their responses or the way they submit the survey. The National Quarterly Pulse Survey does not ask for any personal information although we do ask for some demographic information, for example ethnic origin, age or job type. We do this to explore the results for different populations within the NHS.

Is taking part mandatory?
Everyone is encouraged to take part, but the survey is not mandatory.

It is easy to complete and should take you around five minutes. You can complete the survey during your regular working hours. The survey closes on 1st May 2023.

How will my data be used?
The data will be utilised by local, regional and national workforce teams. The aggregated results inform decisions on how best to support our NHS People.
