The sad passing of Anne Joyce

It is with great sadness that the Trust announces the passing of Anne Joyce, who was a Dispatcher within CallEEAST.

 

Anne started with EEAST in 2013 as the Commercial Contact Centre was forming (Now CallEEAST), post the initial 111 implementation.

 

Anne quickly became a dispatcher and to acted up frequently to support the teams. Anne then left for a brief period before coming back to CallEEAST as a Dispatcher in 2019. She was known to always have a bag of rainbow drops on her desk, and being of great support to the team.

 

‘Anne was an integral part of the CallEEAST team, and has been with us on our journey from the beginning. Anne was a colleague and dear friend to many,  we will all miss her more than words can express, and our deepest sympathies are with Anne’s family in this truly difficult time’. – Andrew Gay
