Following the maintenance yesterday, we were expecting the system access to return from 0900 this morning(22nd June). Unfortunately this has not been resolved. We have had the following message from Civica Trac:
The candidate account (apps.trac.jobs) area is up and running, although we are seeing some delays with regards to password resets & account registration. This is a temporary issue, driven by the volume of requests.
We understand some of you are experiencing issues accessing the recruitment system (admin.trac.jobs), due to a very high volume of backed up automated tasks. Our team are working through this backlog and we expect this will improve throughout the day.
Our Recruitment Team are currently unable to access the system, and are regularly checking to see if access is returned. We understand the impact this is having on staff whether as a manager or applicant. We will be working to resolve outstanding actions and queries as soon as possible.
