Understanding your Pension Changes

Did you join the NHS pension scheme on or before 31^st March 2012 and were still a member of the scheme on or after 1^st April 2015? If your answer is yes it’s likely that you'll be part of the McCloud judgement remedy which resulted from the breach of age discrimination rules.

There are decisions for you to make but the good news is there is nothing immediate for you to do. Additionally from 1^st April 2022 there are changes to your NHS pension scheme.
