Webinar: Allyship making an impact Being an active ally

Many want to be an ally but are unaware how best to go about it. Progressing from performative allyship to authentic allyship is a journey to supporting the change and impact that is required.

The webinar will go through the steps you can take to be an effective and impactful ally, including:

• Considering why and how allies need to act in support of equity/ responsibility for supporting change
• Exploring how people can be allies, support and encourage our underrepresented groups on ensuring their voice is at the table and heard, and
• Ensuring allyship is active by exploring what to do to become an effective ally.

This will be an online session run by Dr Eden Charles and is open to all staff from all organisations across the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System.
