Webinar: BMJ Best Practice for emergency care

person on computer

The national clinical decision making support tool – BMJ Best Practice NHS funded and FREE to NHS staff, trainees and students in England, BMJ Best Practice is a generalist point of care tool available on desktop or via an app 24/7, on and offline.

To raise awareness of BMJ Best Practice within the paramedic and ambulance crew staff group, in this webinar Dr Kieran Walsh, BMJ Clinical Director, discusses how best to use the tool and its many benefits, including the newly added Co-morbidities Manager, particularly useful for emergency responders. The Comorbidities Manager looks at the whole patient, and gives you relevant guidance on managing patients presenting with existing, multiple and complex conditions who need your urgent care while considering these conditions.

Particularly useful for all those in working in (or studying for a career in) emergency care, BMJ Best Practice provides information that is uniquely structured around the patient and uses the latest evidence-based research, guidelines and expert opinion to offer step-by-step guidance on diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and prevention.

The webinar will take place online:

Wednesday 22 March 13.00 – 13.45
