We are pleased to announce that the Welfare Wagons pilot programme is launching today, Monday October 9th 2023, at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
In collaboration with the EEAST Charity, the programme will provide a Welfare Wagon vehicle on site during the month of October from Monday – Friday between the hours of 12.00 – 20.00 staffed by volunteers from the Royal Voluntary Service.
They will be offering ambulance crews drinks and light snacks and will be joined at times by EEAST GoodDogs and representatives from Samaritans and Mind. We look forward to seeing you and hearing your feedback.
