Wellbeing support during the Christmas period

After a tough Christmas last year, many of us have been looking forward to celebrating with our loved ones at some point over the next couple of weeks.

Whilst Christmas is a time for celebration and spending time with our loved ones, we know that it isn’t an easy time for everyone and would like to remind staff of the help and support that is available should you need it.

If you do feel anxious, lonely, sad or even have suicidal or overwhelming thoughts then please reach out. Your line managers are there to speak to you if needed, as well as a 24/7 'in-crisis' support line - 0808 196 2370.

Find out about the wellbeing support at EEAST here.
