Winners of Safety Survey giveaway

Following the publication of the 2021 NHS Safety Culture Survey, the Patient Safety team decided to design our own specific safety culture survey which was released to the Trust for completion between May and October 2022.

We would like to thank everyone who took part and gave us valuable feedback. This feedback is currently being reviewed and we plan to advise of our findings and actions for the next year in January’s edition of Safety Matters.

As advised on the release of the survey, everyone who took part would be put into a prize draw to win one of eight £50 Amazon vouchers. Congratulations to the below winners who have been contacted individually regarding their vouchers.
