Be part of our culture change: volunteers wanted for staff groups

As you may have seen in Need to Know the Trust is about to undertake a cultural audit, where we will be looking to review, challenge, and most importantly change our culture. 

The first part of this process is to hold a series of staff groups to look for themes or issues that can then be the basis of a full survey, that all staff will be invited to complete. 

The cultural audit staff groups will be run with a smaller number of colleagues to generate the survey questions. We have arranged sessions that will last for an hour and we would ideally like around 10 people at each one. Dates and locations are: 

• Monday, 1^st February – Bedford
• Thursday, 4^th February - Melbourn
• Monday, 8^th February – Gt Notley
• Friday, 12^th February  - Longwater, Norwich 

Separate arrangements are being made for operational staff who may find it difficult to attend these staff groups and more information will be circulated on this later on.

Of course we don’t need to wait for the results of this audit before we make positive changes – we can all make our own individual contribution and difference to patients and colleagues by living our vision and values every day. Thank you for your support.
