Can you banish the booze for January?

Blurred ambulance

With the start of a new year, why not kick off the resolutions by giving up alcohol for Dry January?

Dry January is an annual campaign which means giving up alcohol for 31 days during the month.

Last year more than two million people cut out the booze for January and noticed a big improvement in their health. The benefits included:

  • more energy
  • clearer skin
  • better sleep
  • weight loss
  • huge savings.

And if you needed another incentive, any money raised will be donated to Alcohol Concern, the charity dedicated to tackling the harm caused by alcohol to individuals, families and society.

If you would like to sign up, please visit the Dry January website, or check out our infographic for more info!
