Sandy Brown, Director of Nursing and Clinical Quality, said: "We want to be a service that is always focused on quality improvements, and Clinical Quality Matters (CQM) is a publication all about learning; learning about clinical care, learning how we can do things better, and learning from each other.

"Please take the time to read it when you can; I’m very proud that we are one of the few ambulance services that has a dedicated, clinical publication. My thanks to the clinical and communications teams for their hard work in making this happen."

Produced bi-monthly, each issue of CQM focuses on a different area of clinical expertise but the team would really welcome your input. If there’s a topic you want to see in a future edition, please let us know.
