The workshop, Compassionate Conversations, will provide additional guidance, support, tools and reassurance in relation to this challenging area of practice and will be conducted through Zoom.

The session take place on Thursday 7 May, 2-3pm and will be will be facilitated by Anna Parry, Deputy Managing Director at Association of Ambulance Chief Executives, and Ian Baines, Transformation Consultant at NHS Horizons.

To view the guidance, please go to: Managing Symptoms (Including End of Life) in the Community guidance (also available on the JRCALC App).

Please note that this workshop relates to communications skills related to difficult and sensitive conversations with patients and their families, and not with the 'compassionate conversations' held as part of the EEAST staff appraisals.
