Datix will be offline on Monday (4th Jan)

On Monday (4^th January), the information team will be making an upgrade to our Datix system.

You won’t be able to access Datix during the upgrade, so on Monday please report incidents using the single point of contact (SPOC) number:

0345 602 6856

Your incident will be logged via SPOC and then added to Datix once the system is back online.

If you’d prefer to complete a paper incident reporting form you can still do so, by downloading a copy from East24. Once the form is complete, please fax it using the ‘safe haven’ fax number (01234 24 3083) and again it will be logged onto Datix for you after the upgrade.
