With pressures at work and at home, we all need some extra support from time to time.

The Trust offers a free and confidential employee assistance programme (EAP) that you can access for information and advice on a wide range of problems whether they be work, family or personal.

The programme is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week and is accessible online. It’s also purely confidential - the only information you have to provide is that you are an employee of EEAST.

Topics include, but are not limited to:

  • work-life balance
  • relationships
  • childcare
  • health and well-being
  • debt
  • disability and illness
  • careers
  • bereavement and loss
  • stress
  • elder care
  • life events
  • immigration
  • anxiety and depression
  • family issues
  • bullying and harassment
  • education
  • consumer rights
  • workplace pressure.

You can access the EAP website at www.well-online.co.uk, and log in using:

  • Username: EEASTlogin
  • Password: wellbeing

Or you can call the 24/7 phone line on 0800 085 1376.
