Nearly 83% of you haven’t yet had your say

So far just 17% of you have completed your staff survey – meaning only 17% are in with a chance of winning £250 worth of gym, spa and training vouchers!

Everyone should have received an email to their Trust account with details on how to access the survey.

In the survey itself, you’ll be asked to rate things like your team, your line manager, and the Trust as a whole, as well as comment on how much of an impact things like stress have on you every day. It shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes to complete.

The survey will be open for another few weeks, so please get yours in today – and have your say on EEAST.

The winning prize recipients will be chosen at random by the survey provider and will win a voucher up to the value of £250 which can be spent on activities like gym sessions/membership, a spa or training courses.
