New email groups following service delivery restructure

The service delivery restructure is now complete and to support the alignment of this, a number of email groups have been established.

The construct of these is:

Email addresses beginning ‘SDA’ (Service Delivery All) will be for all managers in the East and West Locality
Email addresses beginning ‘SDE’ (Service Delivery East) will only include managers in the East Locality
Email addresses beginning ‘SDW’ (Service Delivery West) will only include managers in the West Locality

As the existing groups for former DLO & SLMs now no longer reflect the structure, from Monday 18th February, they will be deleted from the Trust address book.

All support team requesting information from local teams should route enquires to the following, as appropriate.

All email groups must be set up through the IT Service Desk; all other groups will be deleted. If new members need to be added to the groups, please contact the IT Service desk. Please note, only people of the relevant role will be added to each group (i.e. Only AGM’s can be added to the AGM groups); this will ensure that emails (particularly of a confidential nature) will only be sent to the appropriate people. For this reason, all requests to be added to groups that does not match the level of access for the user will unfortunately be declined.
