Reminder: Searching for CAD incidents

With the introduction of the new CAD into Bedford EOC, the way you search for CAD records in portal has changed for incidents in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

• For Cleric CAD records (Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire), you need to enter the date and CAD number (for example 2711150253). Do not use the prefix “A”.
• For Intergraph CAD records (Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex), you need to enter the prefix “A” as current (for example A2711150361)
