Staff survey: have your say!

There is still time for you to complete your staff survey if you have not done so already.   

Encouragingly, 26% of staff have already completed the survey, making us the best ambulance service in terms of the response rate. But we want even more people to complete the survey.

Ruth McAll, Interim Director of HR said, “Please do have your say – it’s only through your feedback that we can make improvements and build upon the things we already do well. We will be developing a plan, which will be published for staff to see, based on your feedback.”

Responses to this survey are strictly confidential; nobody in the Trust will see your completed questionnaire, or be able to identify individual responses. And remember, those who complete this year’s staff survey could be in with a chance of winning £250 worth of gym and training vouchers. The winning recipients will be chosen at random by the survey provider.
