Survey: the impact of JESIP

HART team at hospital

Since the Joint Emergency Services Interoperability Programme (JESIP) began over a year ago, 10,000 staff have received commander training; more than 9,000 have completed the e-learning package and 20 validation exercises have been held across the country.

At the beginning of the programme, a survey was commissioned and found there was an urgent need for more joint training and exercising between the police, ambulance and fire services, which informed how the programme was set up.

A second survey has now been created to measure the impact of JESIP and how the emergency services are working together now. Please complete the survey online before the end of this month and give your opinions on the future of interoperability training activities.
