What can we do about flu?

With parts of the country enjoying BBQs and balmy temperatures, right now winter seems an age away.

But we’ve started our planning and preparation for this year’s flu-season – and we want to know what we can do differently this time around.

Last year less than 30% of frontline staff here at the Trust got their annual flu jab; we want that number to increase this year, so would like your feedback about what improvements we can make to the process and if you didn’t have it done, the reasons why. Perhaps it was because of the times or locations of the clinics? Or you didn’t receive enough information about it? Or even perhaps because you thought the jab might make you ill?

We’re already looking into how we can make the jab available 24/7 on station, but if you’d be happy to share your views and/or let us know about improvements you’d like to see, please leave a comment below.
