Accessing emails from home

Don’t have time to log onto a work computer to check your emails? Remember, if you want to you can check your emails from home/your phone by logging into Outlook via our website; you can find instructions at the bottom of this article.

You’re also able to save Need to Know as a link on your smartphone or tablet, so you can get all your news on the go. Just open up Need to Know on your device (http://ntk.eastamb.nhs.uk/), and select the option to save it to your home screen. On Apple devices for example, you do this by clicking the ‘box and arrow’ at the bottom of your screen, and clicking ‘add to home screen’.

Checking your emails from home

1. Go to the Trust website (www.eastamb.nhs.uk) and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click ‘webmail’ as highlighted in red here.

2. Select the link for Trust staff.

3. Log in with your usual username and password.
