Acting Director of Service Delivery announced

Over the last few months, the Board and executive team have been reviewing the executive structure to assess if it is the right structure to deliver our future plans.

Given our current performance challenges, the Trust Board has agreed to the introduction of a Director of Service Delivery whom will focus on driving performance and collaboration regionally, while addressing variation across the Trust. This work will be critical if we are to successfully evolve our existing operating model to include the aspirations of the Urgent and Emergency Care Review, for example using specialist paramedics in a more clinically focussed way.
