This is a short update to inform you that the planned switch-over in all EOCs earlier this morning (Wednesday) happened as planned.

The CAD, EPCR and data-mapping is all working as expected. Command teams remain in place to ensure ongoing smooth transition to the new operating model as part of ARP.

Kevin Brown, Director of Service Delivery, said: “The planning was exceptional, and everything kept to the timeline. A big thank you to all the teams who have been working in the lead up over the last 12 weeks to make this happen and who have been in overnight to achieve it. We hope that we minimised disruption to your working practices during this period.

“Please continue to bear with the EOC teams who are working with a whole new operating model.  We have additional operating capacity in place to support this.”

The switchover is the start of the implementation of the new standards, which will involve phases around changes to the operational model. You can find out more about ARP on the dedicated page on East24, including updated FAQs and videos here
