An exciting new training package is available for managers across EEAST!

‘Thinking Patient Safety’ is a session that looks at safety science, Just Culture and Duty of Candour, to empower leaders to think about safety differently, using the latest techniques and resources available.

Jordan Nicholls, Patient Safety Integration Lead, said: “We know that working on developing a safe an just culture is priority number one for the Trust. This course, part of a wider safety package on Evolve, will support leaders in working with their teams to help build safer all around practices."

The module is available on Evolve, with the next session on 20 May from 10am to 1pm.
