Chelmsford Senior Call Handler Tamsin Jae Smith has been rewarded for her achievements in call handling by receiving her gold call handler award.

With call demand at an all-time high, Tamsin’s achievement shows that the team of EEAST call handlers are still providing a high level of care to our patients.

She said; ‘I am really pleased to receive this award, I have worked hard within the last three years to reach this target but I wouldn’t have been able to do it without my colleagues, team leader and duty manager!
