The annual NHS staff survey has officially landed, giving you the opportunity to share your views on how to make the Trust a better place to work.

Invitations and links have been sent out to staff already via their Trust email accounts.  The survey can be completed online, is totally confidential, so we ask you to be as honest as you can.  You will also have received a letter from Chief Executive Robert Morton about the survey.

Lindsey Stafford Scott, Director of People and Culture, said: “We really need more people to complete this survey and with complete honesty if we are going to drive forward culture change. By letting us know confidentially about your experiences, we get a better understanding of the issues – what is good and what needs improving - and we can make the change happen. 

“We’ve already made lots of changes as a result of your feedback such as changes to PU content, new training packages, changes to recruitment, a new approach to wellbeing, leadership development, a better appraisal process and setting up our Women’s Support group AWE with LGBT, BAME and Disability groups in development too.  You will see an anti-bullying and harassment campaign coming soon which is also a direct result of your feedback so it really is worth taking part!”
