Annual staff survey: help to make our Trust a better place to work

The NHS annual staff survey launches this month and everyone has an opportunity to share their views on the workplace and what they would like to see change.

Staff will be sent a confidential personal link to their Trust email account this month to complete the survey online. It is completely confidential and all responses go directly back to Quality Health, which is administering the survey.

Lindsey Stafford Scott, Director of People and Culture, said: “We really need more people to complete this survey and with complete honesty if we are going to drive forward culture change. 

“We are working hard as a Trust to develop a forward thinking culture, ensuring we engage a zero tolerance approach to issues such as bullying, harassment, discrimination and gender inequality.  But we need your help to do this. By letting us know confidentially about your experiences, we can have a better understanding of the issues – what is good and what needs improving - and make the change happen. 

“We are still delivering against the findings of the cultural audit and staff survey from last year to make your experience at work better.  Let us know if we are doing enough, quickly enough by taking part in this year’s staff survey.”
