Another 12 pass ECA to EMT programme

Congratulations to our 12 students on the ECA to EMT programme – who this month passed their practical assessments and five IHCD exams. This brings the total number of ECAs trained to EMT level to 39.

The dozen have now completed their clinical training and started their operational development to help complete their learning portfolio – once done, they will become fully qualified EMTs!

Chief Executive Dr Anthony Marsh said: “I wish all the students the very best for this new step in their careers. They have all done incredibly well and I have no doubt they will be an absolute asset to their colleagues and our patients. Well done all.”

The next ECA to tech course starts on Monday with 12 students, which is part of our rolling programme of progression.

To Andrew, Danielle, Kevin, Lee, James, Vikki, Melanie, Nicholas, Penny, Graham, James and Martin – well done and congratulations!
